When you think of the perfect mountain bike, what comes to mind? For us, it's the Spark 970. Why you ask? Well, beyond the fact that it is fast, lightweight, and ultra-capable on all sorts of terrain, it's just damned good-lookin'. Short-travel trail bike? "Downcountry" rig? Occasional race bike? Whatever, call it what you want to call it. All we know is that this is one hell of a mountain bike. KEY FEATURES - Spark Alloy SL Frame - RockShox Judy 130mm Fork - X-Fusion Nude 5, 120mm, TwinLoc - SRAM NX-SX Eagle 12 Speed - Shimano Disc Brakes - Schwalbe Wicked Will Tires TECHNOLOGIES: ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE With the new Spark, you can adjust the head angle by .6 degrees slacker or steeper. This can be done without cutting cables or bleeding brakes. All you must do is disassemble the bar, rotate the headset cups 180 degrees, and reassemble. EASY SHOCK ACCESS Accessing the shock via the bottom bracket area is facilitated through a hatch. This makes it easy to adjust rebound, compression, shock pressure, and for installing or replacing the cable for our TwinLoc Suspension System. PATENTED INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEM An integrated shock platform allows us to refine suspension characteristics without sacrificing weight. Often, when working with bikes at this level, the concept of marginal gains becomes an ever important one. For the optimal performance of a suspension shock, power transfer must be the most direct possible. What we want to avoid are any inefficient directional movements, in other words, lateral movements (sideways to the direction of travel) as the shock goes through its compression. Having an integrated shock allows us to improve this in several ways. Firstly, the frame construction around the shock and with the trunnion mount can be designed to be much more rigid, reducing movement and fostering more efficient power transfer. We can also add much larger bearings to the seat tube pivot, further reinforcing this area and reducing any unnecessary motion. Our integrated Suspension technology also helps us to engineer frames with a lower shock placement which lowers center of gravity. As a result, the bike benefits from better handling, and a more stable, confidence-inspiring ride for the end user. While these may seem like minor improvements individually, the sum of their parts results in more efficient shock performance. Additionally, the shock is fully protected from any foreign elements. Rainy race? No problem, your shock will continue to perform at its best regardless. REAR AXLE TOOL Our rear axle tool has been a staple on our bikes for years, it is now better than ever. It features a T25, T30, and a 6 Allen key all in one. With these three options, you can adjust all pivot hardware and nearly everything else there is to adjust on the bicycle. SINGLE PIVOT SUSPENSION LAYOUT A full-suspension bike will never have success without, well, good suspension design. From the first time we rode the Spark’s single pivot layout we fell in love. Years later, we still believe that for technical cross-country racing and fast, punchy singletrack it is the best approach. The Spark’s suspension layout has a very specific and proven kinematic and less unsprung mass. Using a flex pivot in the seat stay is an ideal solution for bikes in this travel range. This allows us to keep a very lightweight system while still ensuring optimal suspension performance. TWINLOC SUSPENSION SYSTEM With TwinLoc, a rider can effectively control the complete frame, fork, and shock as a system. Why does this matter? A bike with 150mm of suspension travel, correctly set up, has more sag than a bike with 130mm. It's that extra travel that makes it more fun to ride and more capable on the descents, but the greater sag has an oversized effect on the bike's geometry and climbing performance. That's where TwinLoc matters. TwinLoc helps manage the sag effect in several ways. Whereas most systems only increase low-speed compression in an effort to gain pedaling efficiency, TwinLoc allows us to not only change compression damping, but also to change the spring curve, dynamically altering the geometry of the bike. In Trail mode, the shock is not only firmer, but it has dynamically less travel. The bike sits higher, maintains a steep seat angle for those climbs, and becomes more agile. We also offer a third, full lockout mode for going up in the most efficient manner possible. These unique settings optimize climbing geometry, even on longer travel bikes. We can eliminate the "long travel effect" that can rob your pedaling efficiency, but we're not robbing you of the full-fun, 150mm travel when you point it downhill. From a race setting to a lunch ride, to an after-work trail shred, being able to switch from mode to mode depending on a trail's profile at the push of a lever is paramount to riding faster and having a damned good time.

The SCOTT Addict 10 was designed from the ground up with those longer days in mind. With geometry that is less focused on racing and more on enduring, this bike is yearning to eat up some miles! KEY FEATURES - Addict Disc HMF Carbon Frame - Addict HMF Carbon Fork - SRAM RIVAL AXS Disc 24 Speed - Schwalbe ONE Tires OVERSIZED BOTTOM BRACKET ADDICT In order to best manage power transfer our engineers developed a down tube and bottom bracket intersection that is the widest of any road bike currently on the market. The wide cross section and smooth transitions better manage loads and yield a laterally robust structure which increases pedaling efficiency by effectively delivering power to the drivetrain rather than losing it to unwanted frame flex. HOLLOW STRUCTURE The complete frame set is built hollow and has a never seen clean inside to maximize the weight reduction. SANDWICH DROPOUTS The Addict RC dropouts are designed to be integrated on the thru-axle system thanks to a hollow tube design that allows a simple and lightweight structure. SEAT CLAMP Our new ultra-lightweight seat clamp weighs just 12 grams and allows for a very carbon-friendly clamp mechanism. This allowed us to save even more weight on the seat post (weight seat post:142gram). EVO-LAP TECHNOLOGY With the proper selection of materials, eighty percent of the work to create a frame is done. But the remaining twenty percent requires most of our efforts. For this reason, our choice of the most advanced carbon fibers in the market is followed by intensive use of specific tools, like FEA (finite element analysis) software, to map out the carbon lay-up. With FEA software, we can simulate different forces on a virtual model of the frame and adjust the frame construction accordingly. FEA software enables us to create complete virtual prototypes incorporating all the physical phenomena that exist in real-world environments. With our Evo-Lap technology, we model the frame to optimize the surface area, simulate tube structures with different ply orientations, observe the results of using different configurations, and test the stress distribution in different areas of the frame. Thanks to this extensive computer modeling, we've optimized the carbon layers in all the parts of our frame. When the parts were bonded together in the first prototypes, the result was a super light and compact frame without sacrificing the stiffness, comfort or impact resistance. The entire range benefitted from our Evo-Lap technology. Please note that bike specifications are subject to change without prior notice

TECHNOLOGIES: TQ HPR50 MOTOR TQ is a German company founded in 1994 that specializes in electric components across a range of industries. With the HPR50, they simply rewrote the rules, delivering an unprecedented weight/power ratio of 1.8 kg for 50Nm. With a diameter of 8 cm, TQ has innovated by using a harmonic gear system. This allows for a reduction of size, while also increasing the accuracy of the system. This results in a lighter bike, and better integration while reducing backlash for a more natural pedaling sensation. This technology also allows for the reduction in system noise for a truly natural experience. After all, you are in the outdoors to, well, enjoy the outdoors. TQ HPR50 BATTERY The Lumen features a 360Wh internal battery which can be further complemented by a 160Wh external range extender. Thanks to TQ’s electronic expertise, the HPR50 battery, when combined with the range extender, guarantees maximum performance right through until empty. TQ uses specific battery cells to ensure both the battery and range extender continue at full output, even as it reaches low capacity. The system can be charged with the range extender in place, the smart charger, prioritizing the bike battery’s charge first, so you’ll never be caught short when heading out to ride. TQ HPR50 DISPLAY To maintain a clean cockpit, the TQ system puts the focus on a minimalistic display located in the top tube paired with a discrete shifter on the handlebar. At a glance, the LED display provides all the essential info, such as the battery level %, remaining KM range, and even Watts, thanks to an integrated power meter. Want more? Link up your phone and dive deep using the TQ E-Bike app, available through the Apple App or Google Play Store. With an automatic Bluetooth connection, you can track your ride and customize your modes. Want to use it with a bike computer? That’s no problem too. Utilizing the built-in ANT+, the system easily connects with a bike computer such as a Garmin, Hammerhead, or Wahoo unit. TQ HPR50 RANGE EXTENDER The Lumen features a 360Wh internal battery which can be further complemented by a 160Wh external range extender. Easily fixed to the front water bottle mount with our unique SCOTT-designed quick-release mount, the range extender features a slim design and low weight, meaning minimal impact on the bike’s handling. LUMEN DUAL WATER BOTTLE Unlike most full suspension E-Bikes, on the Lumen, there is no need to choose between the range extender or a water bottle - between longer rides and staying hydrated. Thanks to the integrated shock there is space for both an external battery and water. An optional sliding mount system also allows an easy switch between the rear water bottle and the range extender, allowing both to be easily transported when out on longer rides. TQ HPR50 APP The TQ app offers real benefits and is easy to use. It’s easy to connect, customize and control your TQ-powered e-bike with the TQ E-Bike app. The bike comes with a suggested SCOTT motor tune, with the app you can further tune your drive unit to either save battery life or maximize the power output. You can alter the pedal response either for a faster motor uptake or to slow it down for a more natural feeling. Lastly, you can customize the display, altering the order and number of screens available, turning on and off control sounds, etc. SYNCROS FRASER IC SL DC COMBO The Lumen 900 SL and 900 models feature the Fraser IC DC combo from Syncros. The designers worked on the shape to allow the cables to flow under the bar and around the sides of the stem before disappearing into the headset with integrated plastic parts to keep it clean and efficient. This avoids bends or kinks in the cables and provides a minimalist front end. LUMEN CHAIN LINE The TQ motor allows us to keep a standard Q-factor with a 55mm chain line, exactly the same as the Scott Spark. This allows us to do a few interesting things. Firstly, we can guarantee great tire clearance while not sacrificing stiffness, which is key when it comes to power transfer. Secondly, it gives you the exact same rider stance and pedal width as on a regular bike.

From the first time we rode the Spark's single pivot layout we fell in love. Years later, we still believe that for technical cross-country racing and fast, punchy singletrack it is the best approach. The Spark's suspension layout has a very specific and proven kinematic and less unsprung mass. Using a flex pivot in the seat stay is an ideal solution for bikes in this travel range. This allows us to keep a very lightweight system while still ensuring optimal suspension performance. Please note that bike specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Integrating the cables presents a number of unique problems and the Fraser was designed in part to address this. Syncros’s designers worked on the shape to allow the cables to flow under the bar and around the sides of the stem before disappearing into the headset with integrated plastic parts to keep it clean and efficient. This avoids bends or kinks in the cables and provides a minimalist front end. All our bars and stems feature multiple options for computer, light, and camera mounts both on top or under the bar. We made it to get you to take lines you'd never thought imaginable, to make you want to go to the bathroom before your race run—twice. We made it so that when you drop out of the start gate, the only aspect holding you back will be, well, you. Taking years of racing development and mixing it with our carbon expertise, this bike is our answer to the needs of white-knuckle downhill racing. The Gambler, Simply Fast. TECHNOLOGIES: GAMBLER ADJUSTABILITY Our downhill bikes have always pushed the boundaries of adjustability. Both a rider and a bike need to be able to adapt to tracks, weather conditions, and choice of shock (air or coil.) The new Gambler allows you to switch between wheel sizes without changing any other components on the bike. Chain stay length can also be adjusted, independent of wheel size choice. Short with 29", sure thing. Long with 27.5" Yep, that too. The Gambler also comes with spare angled headset cups, so that you can adjust head angle relative to wheel size, fork choice, etc. We also have a 4-way chip to allow not only bottom bracket height adjustment relative to wheel size, but more importantly for geometry/kinematic tweaks depending on tracks, shocks or rider preference. We want the bike to be optimizable for each shock and rider given the track. All this adjustment allows us to focus on balance. And by balance, we mean the perfect combinations to find traction. Geometry and shock curve options help get a rider's center of mass in the perfect spot between the wheels for optimum levels of balance and traction. However, as race tracks change, this balance point changes, and not all bikes can change with it – we wanted to be able to do so. For instance, a bike with geometry for a steep track will roll slowly and push wide in turns on a flatter track, whereas a bike set up for flatter tracks will make it difficult for a rider to keep their center of gravity far enough back for steep tracks. GAMBLER INTEGRATED BASHGUARD AND CHAIN DEVICE It seems like it shouldn't make a huge difference on the bike, but it turns out it does. We even joke saying that it dictated the design of the entire bike. Why make this a proprietary piece? Chain devices are normally made to work with many different bikes and are therefore compromised. We only need to make it work for this one frame and a specific range of chainring sizes, so it can be easier to set up, better performing, lighter, and allows us to gain some advantages on the frame construction, further reducing weight and increasing reliability/durability. Historically, designing around a chain guide/bash guard was akin to designing around a front mech – not ideal. They require a heavy, molded alloy mount in the frame that can bend under impact, and leaves threads in the frame that can be damaged. These would restrict the frame's main pivot width and chain stay shape. In addition, the chain guide and bash guard were connected by a backplate, further increasing weight. With our design, we no longer have an in-molded alloy mount, nor do we have threads in the frame. More importantly, we're able to design a wider main pivot, making for a stiffer connection and better bearing life. We've been able to optimize our chainstay shape, helping us to better maintain stiffness and strength. It is easier to set up and adjust and lighter. We use built-in rubber shock absorbers with the bashguard, reducing further the potential for frame damage. Finally, as the bashguard and chain guide are separate pieces, should either get damaged, you don't need to replace the entire system, just the piece itself.

POLYMER INSERTS With the all-new Scale RC, we constantly reduced the amount of metal inserts wherever possible. Instead, lighter polymer versions were incorporated and can be found as the bottle cage inserts on the HMX-SL frames. These can be plugged completely, sitting flush on the frame due to a smart and flexible clipping mechanism. Being able to set up the plugs and mounts needed provides riders with maximum flexibility and further eliminates potential vulnerable points as these are easily replaceable in the event of a damaged thread. Plugs and inserts are easy to set up without the need for additional tools and further contribute to the overall clean design.

KEY FEATURES: - Genius Alloy Frame - FOX 36 Float Rhythm 160mm Fork - FOX Float Custom, 150mm, TwinLoc - Shimano XT-Deore 12 Speed - SRAM DB8 4 Piston Disc Brakes - Maxxis Foldable Tires The Genius has always been our favorite bike. Smart suspension, smarter features, and the smartest design lead to an unbelievable trail bike that just can't get enough. The All-New Genius, any trail, any time. TECHNOLOGIES: PATENTED INTEGRATED SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY The new Genius applies our patented Integrated Suspension Technology. Not only does this make for a fantastic looking bike, but it also allows us to improve the bike's suspension performance. Primarily, we can engineer frames with a lower center of gravity, resulting in better handling, and a more stable, confidence inspiring ride for the end user. Additionally, the frame’s construction is stiffer around the BB, which reduces unnecessary movements laterally to the direction of the shock’s travel. It goes without saying that the shock is also protected from debris and the elements, two of the main enemies when it comes to shock performance. EXTERNAL SAG INDICATOR Setting sag and checking travel use is easier than ever before with the new Genius. An external indicator on the link allows the end user to easily set sag and identify how much travel they’re using. INTEGRATED HEADSET CABLE ROUTING The Genius features a Hixon Cockpit from Syncros, which has undergone a redesign. Integrating the cables presents a number of unique problems and the Hixon was designed in part to address this. EASY SHOCK ACCESS With the all-new Genius, accessing our patented integrated shock is easier than ever. Just push the button, pop off the cover, and access is yours. From here, adjusting rebound, air pressure, etc. is a mere button push away. When you're done, just pop the cover back on until you hear a "click" and off you go. From a race setting to a lunch ride to an after-work trail shred, being able to switch from mode to mode depending on a trail's profile at the push of a lever is paramount to riding faster and having a damned good time.

The Spark RC Comp is the perfect blend of top-notch carbon engineering, never before seen levels of integration, and just the right amount of secret sauce. We wanted to make this platform faster than ever before both up and down the hill. Increasing travel, perfecting geometry, and applying input from the world's best athletes, we've created the cross-country race bike of all cross-country race bikes. If you think fast is fun, then you're going to love this ride. KEY FEATURES - Spark RC Carbon HMF Frame - FOX 32 Float Rhythm 120mm Fork - FOX Float Custom, 120mm, TwinLoc - SRAM NX Eagle 12 Speed - Shimano Deore Disc Brakes - Maxxis Rekon Race Foldable Tires TECHNOLOGIES: EVO-LAP TECHNOLOGY But the remaining twenty percent requires most of our efforts. With our Evo-Lap technology we model the frame to optimize the surface area, simulate tube structures with different ply orientations, observe the results of using different configurations, and test the stress distribution in different areas of the frame. Thanks to this extensive computer modeling, we’ve optimized the carbon layers in all the parts of our frame. When the parts were bonded together in the first prototypes, the result was a super light and compact frame without sacrificing the stiffness, comfort or impact resistance. The entire range benefitted from our Evo-Lap technology. ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE With the new Spark, you can adjust the head angle by .6 degrees slacker or steeper. HOLLOW DROPOUT CONSTRUCTION The dropout features an advanced, hollow construction, which allows the axle head to clamp against the inner surface of the dropout and leaves the head flush with the surface. This enables the lightest possible construction approach and a clean-looking design from the outside. While being able to directly shave off 7.5g with the new dropout construction, the optimized design favors a narrower construction of the rear triangle area, which in turn enables a reduction of 20g in this area of the frame (HMX-SL). MONOCOQUE CONSTRUCTION The new Scale RC’s monocoque construction enables production using only one mold for the main section of the bike, the front triangle. Applying our carbon expertise, the new Scale, therefore, consists of only 3 separate pieces molded together. This directly translates into an increased level of efficiency due to the reduced number of junctions required therefore decreasing weight while keeping superior stiffness – something we’re always aiming for with hardtail race bikes. With the full frame constructed as a system, the monocoque design enables the frame to handle forces as a whole. SERVICE DOOR A little service door, which is accessible through a downtube cover, allows easy access to the interior of the frame without the need to remove the Bottom Bracket. Frame maintenance is made easy with regards to cable routing.

The Spark RC Team is the perfect blend of top-notch carbon engineering, never before seen levels of integration, and just the right amount of secret sauce. We wanted to make this platform faster than ever before both up and down the hill. Increasing travel, perfecting geometry, and applying input from the world's best athletes, we've created the cross-country race bike of all cross-country race bikes. If you think fast is fun, then you're going to love this ride. KEY FEATURES - Spark RC Carbon HMF Frame - FOX 34 SC Float Perf. 120mm Fork - FOX Nude 5 EVOL, 120mm, TwinLoc - Shimano XT 12 Speed - Shimano XT Disc Brakes - Maxxis Rekon Race Foldable Tires TECHNOLOGIES: EVO-LAP TECHNOLOGY But the remaining twenty percent requires most of our efforts. With our Evo-Lap technology we model the frame to optimize the surface area, simulate tube structures with different ply orientations, observe the results of using different configurations, and test the stress distribution in different areas of the frame. ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE With the new Spark, you can adjust the head angle by .6 degrees slacker or steeper.

When you think of the perfect mountain bike, what comes to mind? For us, it's the Spark 960. Why, you ask? Well, beyond the fact that it is fast, lightweight, and ultra-capable on all sorts of terrain, it's just damned good-lookin'. Short-travel trail bike? "Downcountry" rig? Occasional race bike? Whatever, call it what you want to call it. All we know is that this is one hell of a mountain bike. KEY FEATURES - Spark Alloy SL Frame - RockShox Judy 130mm Fork - X-Fusion Nude 5, 120mm, TwinLoc - Shimano XT-Deore 12 Speed - Shimano Disc Brakes - Schwalbe Wicked Will Tires TECHNOLOGIES: ADJUSTABLE HEAD ANGLE With the new Spark, you can adjust the head angle by .6 degrees slacker or steeper.

KEY FEATURES: - Genius Alloy Frame - Marzocchi Z2 Air 150mm Fork - X-Fusion Nude 5, 150mm, TwinLoc - SRAM NX-SX Eagle 12 Speed - Shimano Disc Brakes - Maxxis Foldable Tires The Genius has always been our favorite bike. NUDE SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY Shocks with NUDE Technology have been integral to SCOTT Full suspension bikes for nearly two decades. Working closely with our suspension partners, we continue to improve upon this technology so that whether you're racing World Cups at the highest level or out for a big day in the mountains, you'll always have the best support on offer.
